How do you send the products?

The products are being send by both AIR and SEA upon customer request.

What is the lead time?
  • By AIR: The lead time is 3 – 7 business days depends on the destination country.
  • By SEA: The lead time is 2 – 8 weeks depends on the destination country.
Which courier service provider will you use?

We are using DHL and FedEx for shipping our products.

How can I pay for the products?

You can pay by TT (Telegraphic Transfer), Western Union, Visa, Master and American Express card.

Do you accept PayPal?

We do accept PayPal, but the transfer fees you need to pay which will automatically add during the payment.

What happen if the payment transaction failed?

If your payment transaction failed, please do not hesitate to whatsApp us or email.

Do you have refund policy?

We do have return policy. You can check out our return policy.

If the products have quality issues, can I return the products and who will responsible and how to return?

We always check each and every product before shipment by our expert quality control team, if you still do not satisfied about the quality of the products, YES, you can refund it, however, 50% of the shipping payment have to pay by our valuable customer which will be manage by our strong dispute team for information you may refer to the refund policy page.
